This is my second Sweet Dreams Contoured Sleep Mask. I lost my first one -- didn't remember where I bought it and didn't know what it was called... did some image Googling and was relieved to find it. By far the best and most comfortable sleep mask I've tried. What I like about it is that you hardly know it's there. No eyelash irritation, and the nose cutout makes it a perfect fit. Complete light blackout, unlike the generic flat, flimsy nylon masks. Perfect.

I bought this mask for my husband to help him sleep during the day when he works night shift. It works well as for keeping out the light, etc., and he does wear it. However, it slides off his face while he is sleeping because there is only so much you can tighten it to fit. Also, the velcro fastener in the back is not comfortable to lay on while he is sleeping.

When I try to sleep at night, I need it to be absolutely dark.
Unfortunately, I have a roommate that has a ton of technology that
has a tendency to glow. At night, you could turn off all the lights
in the room and there would be an soft glow of LED lights all
around me. After I got the mask, I have been able to sleep so much
better, the lights are completely blocked out and I can finally get
some peace. The mask is very comfortable and fits snugly around my
face.
The only downside to this (as I'm sure with any other mask) is that
I can't sleep on my side. It tends to get pushed into an
uncomfortable position. I've learned to sleep on my back, but I
would have preferred something that could accommodate other
sleeping positions. Besides that, this is a great product!

wow ! Does this product work ! This is my 3rd pair that I've purchased. Definitely worth getting. Its improved my sleep immensely ! It stays in place well, keeps the light out as promised AND its light weight design is perfect.

Fantastic product, totally blocks the light except for a tiny space around the nose (I have a relatively small head), doesn't press on my eyes. Pretty much functions exactly as it should. I will say that if the room is warm, the mask can be too warm, since it's not made of a really breathable fabric, but that hasn't been a problem for me yet.
